    It has been simply made obsolete by the current epidemic in Thailand. The risk that vaccinated tourists may contaminate people in Thailand is ridiculously low compared to the internal level of contamination. It's a waste of time and money which would be best used to fight the epidemic.

    This Government would never admit the Sandbox is a failure, even tho it is,  because its all about face,  and of course MONEY No 1
