For 23 yrs after a bad attack of influenza I have had to carry the above :

Whatever the reason for its use I am not bothered. I live with one in my pocket:

However it is nice to get them from the Pharmacy without obtaining a prescription, I was getting them from my Burriram Pharmacy they charged 258 bht with 8 bht discount, but I now see the little Pharmacy at Tesco Lotus in Surin are selling at 180 bht what a difference: I said to the wife wow Breathing has become even cheaper :o

Not that I have a problem breathing and I dsont use them all the time, I have noticed that the little cannister does loose pressure quicker towards the end of the doses.

So it does pay to shop around as prices or profit margins vary

Does it make any difference to you paying 258 baht, or 180 baht?

Not sure what you mean : It was merely a coversational point :

In comparison to 2 Inhalers on a £ 6 prescription in the UK its cheap. If they were 500 bht I would still need to buy them.
