Acquiring Sputnik?! Has the czar not seen how country after country that ordered and paid for Sputnik have not received more than a few thousand doses many months after the contracted delivery date. Indeed certain countries are now suing to get their money back. And still this man grasps at straws! Or is it yet another government fake news release designed to create the impression that dear leader is working hard.

Jeez this guy must be held accountable for this farce and the failure to place orders nearly a year ago.

In proper countries he would be charged with genocide (of his own people.)
