Given the exciting day today... holds breath... not sure anyone as seen this one. Worked on a prototype form another organisation about 3/4 years ago but interesting that both Apple and MS are coming to market, albeit in very different form factors at the same time.

I remember seeing a podcast about this some time back, it looks good fun! I'm not exactly sure how it would fit with a power user, but we said the same thing when Apple rolled out the original Lisa demo way back. We said that looks pretty but it will never replace a commmand line and a keyboard! How wrong we were!

Uncomfortable position to use for long periods of time though.

The version I was involved with was a wall or easel based display, which I think makes more sense, but looks less 'revolutionary'. The improvements in voice control {reducing keyboarding} also factor into this. A 'fake' {I think}, version was shown in the film 'The Island' last year using a crystal pyramid as the point of contact.

My own view is that this interaction technology makes more sense for many appliances than say the Minority Report' technique, at least until motion sensors are more accurate.

Think would be good in my living room but too pricey at the moment. Any pictures?
