Barley
I can buy a Suzuki Address 125cc for 28.000 Baht, 5500 km, 2 years old. Is it a good deal? Is it a good bike with inexpensive repairs and solid performance? What do you think?
Kwasaki
It's a 2year old 125 what could go wrong !! you will have to wait and see usually it will need nothing more than servicing and adjustments.
KhunLA
Sounds like a deal to me, as I just sold our 13 yr old Honda Wave 125i w/20k for 24k. As stated, 2 yrs old low kms, what's not to like.

Suzuki bikes are not as popular as Honda so you might have some small trouble finding a place to service the bike and get spare parts for it as it gets older and needs more major parts, that said if you check and change the oil and filter regularly and don't drop it then the bike should run for many many years before needing anything major... things like tyres, battery, brake pads, light bulbs etc will be easily found...performance ? well its a 125cc auto scooter. I want to re iterate that because the engine is covered with plastic you can't see any oil leaks that might occur so it is very important to check the oil levels with the dipstick as often as you can.. this is something that happens quite often as these auto engines get old.. not that 2 years is old but a leak can start at any time that goes for all engines but the problem is the covered in plastic bit ...you don't notice it till the engine stops working !!!

Many places have Suzuki workshops they have even got one New Sukhothai City which is predominantly a Honda preference place. When I asked why isn't there a Gsxr1000r in the show room he said Thailand no have. ???? Edited October 23, 2021 by Kwasaki 1

Stripped to black would look sharp. Maybe dealer could do.
seedy
Why do you want to buy a brand that is not very popular, has limited dealerships compared to other brands ? The bike looks like a Suzuki "Honda Click" Many of these around, parts not a problem, dealerships everywhere, as well as any roadside repair shop has seen them many times before.

Don't worry. Indy mech can service susie as well as hotdog honda. Falang tink too mut.
jackdd
According to Google the bike was only sold with 113cc. The bike did at least drop on the right side (bent lever) and it did slide on the left side (look at the main stand, a simple drop doesn't take so much material off) No idea if the price is good, but comparing a second hand Honda with a Suzuki is like comparing apples with oranges, a Honda has a significantly higher second hand price just because it's a Honda.
scubascuba3
It looks older than 2 years, 5,000 km a bit suspicious, check the green book. I wonder what happens to the bikes that have been in flooded areas. If in doubt, a Honda Click is a good alternative Edited October 23, 2021 by scubascuba3
papa al
OP....".I can buy a Suzuki Address 125cc for 28.000 Baht, 5500 km, 2 years old. Is it a good deal?" Yea considering it is only 113cc. &c. offer 22 or 25 or so. Depending on how important a couple hundred dollars is to you. 125cc is better. Barley
Thanks for your replies. I finally bought a Yamaha Mio 125cc with fuel injection, 2015 model, 2017 first registration 31TKM for 18000. So far I am pretty happy. Shocks are great, good and smooth acceleration.
