That is the problem there are some seriously stupid desperate foreigners willing to pay thousands to be tortured. As long as there are the (STUPID) criminals have no issues taking your money.

    It's not ready. But, it will never be fully ready. Would next week / next month / next year be better?  No way to tell. At some point they have to pull the trigger.  Is it now?  Maybe.
