What a joke.  Many walk past the police on beach road no mask, or just not using it on their face.  Pattaya police dont care.  Do away with it all and open the bars already

Thais, of course, are exempt  from the need to  wear face masks,  as they need to explore their nostrils  with their digit   stuck to the second knuckle  inside same.
