I don't know about others, but today my connection (TOT 1028 ADSL) was slow & crashing on numerous occasions with TV web-site.

I pinged it & the route came back as five European cities starting with Rotterdam, two in America, then to Pakistan & finally to Bkk.

Go figure!!!

Yes, the ways of the Internet are mysterious. One minute you get routed one way, the next an entirely different way. But the final stop can’t have been Bangkok: ThaiVisa’s servers are in Singapore, I believe.

They are indeed. At my university connection, takes about 1-2 seconds to do a TV page load. So members having problems with speed issues to TV, it's not due to the server but to the routing and ISPs.

One of the moderators dropped into Rotterdam upon returning from Thailand.

He loved it so much he though, "bugger England land of pommy people and no Roo's - I'm staying 'ere to have a barby with the Dutch Barby girls.
