when are we going to hear if the covid extension visa is extended? with current surge in travelers i would assume it will be extended?

i guess my title says all that needs to be stated. its reported that international travelers are spreading the new variant around the world rather quickly so i will assume the covid extension will be extended again.? what date will that happen and will the thais give any clues before hand about the announcement?

I think the last one was announced/gazetted on 23 or 24 Nov, so am thinking same same, 21, 24, 25 Jan?

Since it's just a guessing game I will take a stab at Friday Jan 21.

Keep in mind that they can even announce it after Jan 25.
