Hi all members,

i am not in Thailand at the moment but i have aqquiured a Nintendo Gamecube with many games, my dilemma is its a uk version gamecube, now will this work through a Thai tv when connected? my son would love this for sure if it can work? if not through a Thai tv whats the possibility it working through a portable with screen dvd player (bought in Thailand) ?, because how could you tune this in without search facility like a tv?

Many thanks in advance.

Thai TV's are often NTSC OR PAL ....

your question might be about the power

but buying a console in Thailand ios not too bad .... and often comes with a plethora of games :o

Your UK Gamecube would work fine over here. It's the same voltage so all you'd need is a plug adaptor

TV system is Pal same as UK too

Only problem is I doubt you would not get any new games for your UK GC here. What GC games they have here are NTSC US & Japanese

I not too bothered about getting games in Thailand as i was given many games with the console here, its old hat the gamecube here but the graphics are great and sure son will love it there until he has outgrown it,have about 12 games that came with it so will keep him happy for a while, once again many thanks , Paul.
