In doing that, you'll need to choose between paying more and being able to get what you need pretty much at once, or paying less but having to either make 2 trips or stay a while in Bangkok. I suggest you consult Prof. Parit Mekaroonkamol. He can be seen at any of 3 private hospitals or (more time-consuming, but cheaper) through Chulalongkorn Hospital. You may want to go back and reread that and compare it to your statement. They were not illegally counted in the last election as that was the current regulation which has now been changed for future elections. That rule along with other rules can be changed in the future as well -

I have just viewed the first 2 episodes of it Royal Scandal----Excellent ---really good acting, and even when you know the whole, still grips you. Its really worth a watch
