A colleague of mine is trying to get a job in Thailand. His employer mentions that all previous job experience letter should have a signature on them else they cannot be submitted to BOI office for BOI approval letter (which is required for visa application later). They also confirmed this with BOI immigration officer.

One of his ex employer only issues digital experience letters with no exceptions and if anyone whats to verify the authenticity of document, then they need to email the employer (a huge US corporation)

Even after contacting multiple people in the company, no one is able to provide a signed experience letter and instead recommending to ask BOI to email them and get it verified instead.

what are his options in this case? Is there any way to get this certified from some other agency in Thailand or elsewhere?
