Police in Bangkok have arrested a 32 year old Japanese man after he ran off with 65 baht weight in gold bullion on Monday.

He had gone with a Thai interpreter to do a deal for the gold worth 2 million baht at The Old Siam Shopping Plaza in Wang Burapha Phirom.

After getting certification for the gold he ran off with it.

But Thai police tracked him over the next several hours until they arrested him on the footpath in Siripong Road just after midnight Tuesday morning. He was in possession of documentation related to the gold.

Just dunno anymore with these stories being pushed into the media by the regime, looks like someone not being Thai buying large quantities of gold, has a target on his head, easy takedown, don't forget, anything over 1-2 million in cash has to be reported to office of money laundering, gold shops have good security, the fact they went to his home, is telling, be careful if you have large amounts of cash, better to keep it out of the country, this is not a good sign
