webfact Posted March 19, 2022 Share Posted March 19, 2022 By Goong Nang(GN) Chonburi – An unidentified driver has sustained severe injuries after he crashed his motorbike into a parked trailer truck in the Phan Thong district earlier this week. Emergency responders were notified of the accident on the Phan Thong – Huapai Road in the Na Pradoo sub-district on the evening of March 17th, 2022. They arrived at the scene to find a male, who appeared to be Thai, who had sustained severe head injuries lying on the road. No identification document was found with him. If the truck was parked up for the night (as it seems) - no lights, quite dangerous. That said, it continually astonishes me how many motorcyclists (and drivers) will drive straight into a stationary object.... the utter lack of attention and total disregard for their own safety is mind boggling.... Guess they don't sell Safety triangles, or road flares, or orange collapsible cones, or flashing emergency flashlights where this guy lives.
