When did you do the report/how long are you waiting for? One or more days waiting with the new system is not unusual. Obviously it needs manual "push button" by an officer. No more instant/automatic confirm. On the other hand: have you showed up with the new passport at immigration before to register it and transfer stamps? If not, then expect report denied. Haven't seen any instant approvals with the new system https://tm47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/login Seen a report of approval received within 10 minutes, others three hours, others three days, others five days. ~ two+ business days for my recent online report (CW). Same day approvals at Jomtien are common and certainly within 24 hours is normal now unless a holiday or weekend. First time in Dec last year, entered it at 7am and had approval at 5pm. Next time earlier this month entered it at 6pm and had approval next afternoon before 2pm. Not heard of anyone getting instantly approved. I used to get instant approval via the old version of the reporting website, but now two or three days.
