I think the ban will be enforced; it is a directive from the top. Any police chief falling short would have to take the rap.

I heard a warning on this yesterday, one risks being escorted to soi 9.

Seen video of Phuket having full on party today with whole street packed and water fighting.  

Chang Mai has parade scheduled and water event.

So...nationally restricted?  Doesn't seem so.

This morning there were elephants spraying water over people .... That was allowed??? Crowded beaches with no mask wearing people... no danger??? and so on... but water splashing is a danger

Terrible, unmasked and spraying from their noses.
