Im a fool for not hiding my password better from my gf but she was always insecure and I wanted her to see that I was not chatting to other women as she always suspected.  I have taken the precaution of moving all evidence to a safer place and wil deny any knowledge of it if push comes to shove because it was only ever meant to be leverage against my wife and her greedy family

No your assumption is wide of the mark.  I bought and paid for my home, it was ours, not hers but she fandangled her way to trying to assume control of everything.  I prevented her from doing so with the video evidence against her and had lived happily alone until I met my ex gf who now poses a danger to the status quo.

If I were you bro I would leave this thread right now and go and get a lawyer as soon as you can. They may be applying for a warrant now. Have heard accounts of foreigners sent to prison here...no phone available etc and it may be a lot more difficult to do / find the right person once you are in the soup. Get on the front foot and ahead of the game now. Just finding a decent lawyer here takes time and recommendation from others. Even if in a village, your general province (Udon Thani, Chaiyaphum etc) will probably have a local Facebook group where you can go and ask the question.

It is my home, I built it and paid for it from my earnings whilst married to my wife.  But instead of putting my name on the house andhers on the land, she went and put it all in her name and tried to assume control when our marriage went pear shaped.  Sorry for the lack of info but I havent slept and maybe have confused you in the process.

There are some anomalies in your thread that don't easily add up, such as the ownership of her land and house that makes giving accurate advice difficult so don't be giving me down the banks for asking about them on a forum that invites discussion.

Ok, so the house and land are both in her name, just as you originally stated and what you described as my "assumption" wasn't an assumption, it was an accurate reading of your post.   Thanks for the clarification, hope you get the advice that you need.

Same same my friend. Morally in your mind you bought and paid for it and it's yours...but in the eyes of Thai law legally it is 100% hers. Unless you were legally married when you bought said land and home, then you are entitled to half the proceeds of the sale. If the land is in her parents / sisters name you have no claim whatsoever. Is isn't and has never been your land and home

Like I said you need a lawyer. 

She has the right to remove you now you have told what the situation of name ownership is. 

 

If you are legally married then what you are entitled to will come via a court judgement usually  50% settlement .

 

To end up with any financial payments from her, will and most probably be difficult.

 

Also whether you can come to some financial settlement regards staying in the property will have to be agreed with you and your enstranged wife before or during divorce proceedings.

I was legally married and you are right, upon sale of the property she is entitled to 50 per cent of the sale unless she chooses to waive that right an signs accordingly.

This is why I would like the moderator to now close the thread but my foggy mind cannot work out how to do it.  Its great advice though

Speak to a Lawyer
make a police report (with your lawyer present) at the local PS
Install CCTV (more cams the better, inside and out)
install a geo tracker or setup gmaps to record your movements

should you need to easily show your movements to police later in the event of any false allegations.

Get divorce,

Sell your property
kiss 50% goodbye
move on

That's why OP needs a lawyer so a court judge ruling can be made if she is seen to be proved to be acting in an unreasonable way.
