Advice on re-entry requirements please.

Just returned LOS on Retirement visa re-entry.  
 

Also returned to long term rental address.  
 

Can anyone please advise, Do I need to arrange for resubmission of TM30 notification, having been out of the country for around 3 months?

 

Also, with regard to future 90 day reporting.  I’m aware I need to report again 90 days after arrival date.  I also believe I will have to recommence 90 reporting with new TM.47.  Can anyone confirm please.

When you return with a re-entry permit, no new TM30 should be needed, officially. A handful of immigration offices may not be able to read the rules, however.

 

Sometimes, the first 90-day report after a return to Thailand must be made in person. It all depends on how well the online system is working. There is no rule that the online system cannot be used.

You do not need to do a TM30 to report your arrival at your existing residence.

It is only required now if you change your address or enter with a new visa.

You can do your  90 day report online, No need to do it in person.

So just to be 100% clear....you have a reentry permit in your passport.

You either returned with a valid non O-A or 12 month extension with a reentry permit.

If you did not obtain a new visa then you do not require to do TM30, as advised by others.

Yes, sorry for any confusion caused, I have re-entry permit in passport, no new visa required and no TM 30 required.
