Then maybe try limiting access for youth and children? And maybe a little education?

Time and time again, illegality has been proven to not reduce access by the youth.

I remember as a teenager in the US that weed was easier to obtain than beer!

Yes, they are better than cigarettes but that doesn’t mean they are good for you.

Than they can't collect All the taxes on smokes.

So it's his opinion. Not fact, just opinion. 

 

I have many opinions, but I bet few of them are factually accurate.
