I am disabled and have difficulty getting around(take a look at the footpaths) Please don't tell me to look for yellow Kodak sign. Not 100% sure about access for you but I am going there today and can check it out if the location works for you. They are right and have been for many years Kodak probably are the most professional but I have just run a Google search and there doesn't seem to be any near me at all. Perhaps because I live in rural Kamphaeng Phet 65km from KKP city doesn't help. It seems that Kodak is not present in every province of Thailand.
