Ok! You got my pride and admiration, and a kick ass vacation! Finally a company that refrain from pushing the S h i t under the rug.

I imagine the spin is that the Thai PM would say people are gainfully employed and have no time for leisure due to constant  and diligent hard work

Don't know how they calculate these rankings, but if you work in a country with 21 public holidays every year like Thailand has and still complain about "work life balance"  then you must be really really lazy.

I worked in the US and I had zero vacation days + 6 public holidays per year. And a lot of workers were in the same situation.
