“Muh Indians”

Are white westerners just persons non grata in Thailand? Indians are ELITE cheap Charlies. That’s not what Thailand wants. I guess they must really HATE farang.

'many Indians spotted' - how do you spot an Indian?  Look for a gold chain.

  • At Soi Cowboy they will change the street name just in case it scares the Indians off????

Shocked when 3 walked into my local on sunday night and ordered a beer apiece....the service lady had her head screwed on though when she brought the bill and made them pay first LOL

I was in Pattaya 2 weeks ago to buy shoes and saw lots of bars almost full of farang but never saw a single Indian anywhere (apart from those that work in the tailor shops) and they nearly always travel in groups .

A picture is worth a 1,000 words isn't it and those photos show just how quiet it truly is .

Some members have described such scenes as "rammed." ????

At the height  of the pandemic 90% of businesses in WS closed not 60%.

The recovery  here is patchy.

Soi 5 Pratumnak  which has been very busy is now quiet.

Two or three years  ago Indians and Arabs didn't go to  SB, SLKM Soi Pothole and confined  themselves to WS and S6.

This is an interesting  demographic  change that Indians are now venturing into European  areas, probably  drawn by Treetown.

No doubt we will see big ritzy  Indian dance clubs opening in the Soi Buakhao  area.

What premises is that possible in?

In the Buakhao area that was true. More around Walking St and the old Arab area I heard.
