I find that its best to look at the various sites and see what prices they offer and then find which one offers the cheapest price , although they are all usually about the same with just a few Baht difference

long term I just use property hub and rent a 1 year lease, if I move out earlier they keep the deposit, for short term airbnb is the only thing I've found

Don't do apps, but on PC to 'find' ... Google maps, all.accor.com, Booking.com, HotelCombined.com

I’ve booked hotels online in lobby on Agoda. Hotel was never crowded so thought I’ll just show up this

time should be sameish rate as online…. Nope 2x … booked online while at the counter..

There are websites like HotelsCombined.com which give you pretty accurate rates for all of the major sites like Agoda Booking.com and Hotels.com etc.

 

That said you will probably always find the cheapest rates at Agoda.com

 

And I always use the map view to make sure I'm not far from the beach or close to shopping etc.
