I guess they can always have breast reduction and a perk-up later in life. I think those are fairly safe procedures. Drew Barrymore and Queen Latifah had breast reductions. Anyway, I don't think gravure idols have a very long shelf-life. Many seem to get out of it at around 25, which is traditionally the age women have to marry in Japan. One of the famous ones married a pride fighter and made a successful career for herself as a pride fight commentator.

Not really my type, but she does seem to have some kind of special charisma. Personally, I prefer a cute face with round cheeks, juicy lips and substantial cup size, such as this stunner...
