I know that the prices at thanni.com are about 10% lower than at my local shops in the com center in Pattaya. Does anyone have experience dealing with any online dealers? Were your experiences good or bad?

From my experience, I belief that talking or buying something face to face works better in Thailand, as negotiating about the price is almost a cultural event. I'm sure that nobody, at least people I know, in Thailand will not buy something without first asking for some form of discount...even if thy only buy one piece.

This list of on-line shops shows the ones I have personally purchased from and had no problems. Have ordered from Thanni.com about 4 times without complications except one time and the order got delayed but did arrive. Though shop4thai is my first choice due to exceptional and professional service but more expensive. So depends on what I'm ordering as to which one I go to. I usually compare prices between the ones listed and go for the least expensive.
