Mahseer
Yes but you need to upload the information to the Air Suvidha site. It's the same link if you arriving at airports other than Delhi. https://www.newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha/apho-registration

So simply scanning and uploading pictures of the pages inside the yellow vaccine book is OK?
EricTh
Another way is to download the Mor Prom app and login with your given 13 digit ID on your vax cert. The app will generate the international vaccine QR code for you for the officers to scan. I also got vaccinated in Thailand, and got my QR code from that app. Edited June 27, 2022 by EricTh

Surprised you don't have the paper titled "Thailand certificate of Covid vaccinations" which has a QR code top right as you typically need this to apply for the yellow book. To apply for a Covid-19 vaccine passport, please have on hand the following documents and submit the online request form. Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months Proof of Covid-19 vaccination certificate of Thailand with embedded QR code https://www.thaitravelclinic.com/covid-vaccine-passport-eng.html If you don't have upload the yellow book at a scale to clearly show specifics.
