National – Prime Minister Prayut Chan-O’Cha urges the public not to panic over Covid-19 Omicron’s BA.4/BA.5 strain, insisting that the Ministry of Public Health has been monitoring the spreading situation closely.

Government spokesperson Thanakorn Wangboonkongchana spoke yesterday, June 26th, that the Prime Minister asked people not to panic about the new mutation as the Public Health Department has closely followed the spread of BA.4/BA.5.

The problem is that it is the government who instigate fear & panic as a tool to get the Thai people to conform with their requirements...............

I do not think anyone is panicking over this, just the Government who is trying to stay relevant.  If they were really concerned about Life, Health, and Safety then maybe they could ensure the relevant authorities enforce the laws instead of accepting graft to let people do what they want.

Well, having such experts with profunde knowledge in this so called govt. we surely can trust them. Always. ????????
