Criminal prosecution relies on evidence, you are claiming a cover up based on nothing but conspiracy theory speculation.

My theory on there being a cover up is that it wouldn't be too difficult to find out who used the trafficked kids and the prosecute them as well  .

Ask the kids for information or investigate and find out who else was there

You can theorise all you want. It still doesn’t make maxell a patsy or mean there is any ongoing cover up.

Such claims require evidence.

Without this they are just conspiracy theories.

Why have none of the people who used her services been named and prosecuted ?

As they know who the kids were , they can find out who the abusers were

Evidence is required for prosecution.

The survivors of epstein and maxwells predatory actions have already shown courage beyond any measure in helping make their abusers to face the consequences of their foul behaviour.

If they have more to say then I can only hope they are listened to. Whether they choose to pursue others who abused them is for them to decide.

Have I missed something ?

Have the people who used the children trafficked by Epstein and Maxwell been prosecuted ?

Has there been an investigation and all the abusers been jailed ?

You may be deliberately missing something.

But just in case let me simplify it for you.

mazwell and epstein are the scum who abused them.

They have been brought to justice.

As to who else was involved, please say who there exists credible evidence against.

With links please.

You have already admitted not following the case. I have followed it.

You have made speculative conspiracy theory claims about an ongoing cover up.

I have already said any others involved should rot away in prison.

The difference between us is I believe that accusations of a cover up of others involved needs to be backed up with evidence.

So why havent the other people be named and prosecuted ?

Evidence or lack there of.

I despise the scum who sexually abuse others, but you cannot prosecute or make claims of a cover up without evidence.

Yes, and several of the victims have tried suing their alleged abusers.

However, since pretty much all the abuse took place behind closed doors, it comes down to a "he said, she said," scenario.

Some of the accused abusers have admitted knowing or meeting women at Epstein's house but claim they had a simple massage with no sexual impropriety. Alan Dershowitz, for example, said in an interview that:

Quote

I kept my underwear on during the massage… I don’t like massages particularly.

Alan Dershowitz underwear

Very difficult to prove otherwise with no independent eye witnesses.

Also, the majority of the cases are now beyond the statute of limitations - and have been for years. Certainly that's true for any of them that took place in Florida.

The only reason they were able to prosecute Maxwell was because some of her offences took place in New York, which had recently changed its laws on historic sex abuse cases.

Even in New York, Maxwell could not be prosecuted if they were starting today. The time limit for filing cases as old as these under that new legislation expired the same year Maxwell was charged (2020).

Why did they wait 20 years to bring a prosecution against Maxwell and Epstein ?
