Today there is an Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting to ask for approval for finance institutions to lend Bht 12 billion to keep the company afloat.

Shareholders approval is needed and if not....Grand Asset is in deep poo.

Its basically tantamount to handing over control of the firm to Lehman's.

I would imagine that they will pass the vote. If they don't, as you say, they'll collapse. So there's not much for the shareholders to choose from really.
