Looking for a 2 Stroke... Anyone got one?

Featured Replies

Hi Folks.

I love my 2 strokes!  We just got rid of a RD350YPVS back in Ireland and its time to get one (or more!) here.

I'm looking for an enduro or road bike, both if the price is right.

Enduro: Kawasaki KDX 200, 220 or 250.

Honda CRM 250

Yamaha DT200

Road:

I'd love Honda NSR 250 but big money so I try a NSR150SP for fun.

The Yamaha TZM150 looks decent...

If you have any of these, it would be great to hear from you... Even better if you have one to sell!

I live in Samui but travel to BKK regularly.

Best wishes,

Will.

I had a Yamaha TZR 150 back in 1990. Would show 160 kph on the clock if tucked in behind fairing. Nice bike. Cost then if I remember was 65,000 baht.

Nice wee machine... The 150's seemed so popular!

Here is a pic of the 350 we just sold...

Owned a 1985 RD350 back in the US when it was new. Same colors as yours, but slightly different graphics. Sold it in 1987 and got a Kawasaki 600R Ninja. Back in the 1970s had a Yamaha R5.

Meant to say RZ350 as they were called in the US.

So... One handsome Yamaha TZM150 is on the way.  I've only seen photos and videos, GF spoke to the owner, paperwork etc in order.

I paid the costly sum of 20K plus a few more K's for posting!

Still on the look out for an enduro... Thanks for your responses and I'll post pics when she/it/they/whateveryoucallamotorbikethesedays arrives.

Best wishes,

Will.
