NBTC Considering Use of Spam Blocking System among Phone Carriers

True has such a system, as I have been notified many times that a suspicious call or SMS has been marked as spam.

All spam calls would be identified if there was a system installed. Of course it would assume that such a system was not only installed but set-up correctly and maintained.
