Cricky
I'm a co-owner in a condominium project, it has a Juristic management company not following safety rules, allowing visitors to park in the limited precious parking spaces, allowing strangers to come in roam freely, no security measures to stop an unauthorized person, many strangers freely wandering about common areas and within buildings. I've asked the building manager for email addresses for Juristic Manager and committee members but I'm ignored. All my safety concerns are ignored. I only know a few co-owners as most of the rooms are rentals. Any help, suggestions or assistance would be helpful.

scubascuba3
keep searching for the farang committee members, last resort land office would know. Good security costs money so if it gets brought in you'll have to pay. In some condos they don't bother Edited July 26, 2022 by scubascuba3

The biggest outgoings/expenses each month is for security (most guards sleeping night shift). We have many security guards but they are not instructed to stop strangers (pedestrians) entering or check their ID. If traveling in a vehicle they are stopped at the boom gate and given a visitors pass, then enter and park freely within the parking bays, leaving the residence little parking

We co-owners were not allowed to talk at the last AGM. The Juristic people had their say and closed the meeting. The committee members didn't make any effort to say anything, worthless committee . Accept the situation, at times through gritted teeth; 3. Remove yourself from the situation (seek life elsewhere). Up to you.
Iamfalang
please do something, you don't want someone getting hurt and then suing for a lot of money. Falang must follow all laws. If anything bad happens to a Thai, the falang will be to blame. You admitted these problems, please fix them ASAP. not following safety rules!!!!! This is very serious. In case this thread appears in court, I'm telling the OP to fix it ASAP!!!!!!!! lol
