skin cancer specialist in CHIANGMAI

Featured Replies

I have gone to Dr Siri a few times over the years at his clinic and do like him.

I am curious however if anyone in CHIANGMAI  has gone to another skin specialist for diagnosis and removal of skin cancers

At this point i have not had any malignant ones......... but would like the name of another skin doctor as a second option.

A good "diagnostic "  specialist would be welcome

good topic....how about BKK as well?

Hopefully Sheryl will chime in but at the  risk of misquoting her I'm pretty sure Sheryl said the doctors in Thailand don't have much experience with skin cancer and  reading biopsies. Thais aren't as prone to skin cancers, apparently.

The take away from this is that you should go to a decent hospital and see what they say. What's very important is that the skin cancer is totally removed, if possible and that's the tricky part. If it's growing fast and painful, get on a plane.
