Siam Rath reported on a domestic dispute that ended in tragedy in Phrapradaeng, Samut Prakan, central Thailand in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The media said in their headline that a husband had attacked his wife who stabbed him to death.

Pol Capt Chai Phonsri of the Phrapradaeng police went to three story business premises in Bang Khru where they found Sitthikorn, 26, face up with a stab wound to the left side of his chest by the entrance on the ground floor.

Two 23 centimeter fruit paring knives were by the body.

There were signs of struggle throughout the property.

Nichawan, 25, his wife had stabbed him to death.

She said that it was a family dispute and that the victim was her new husband. She has a nine year old daughter.

She said they had been arguing and she said he should leave so she could calm down but he followed her upstairs where she grabbed the two knives, one in each hand to protect herself from her much bigger and stronger partner.

The struggle continued through the house and at one point he grabbed a blanket and she struck out with the knives.

She said she didn't mean to kill him, a knife got him in an artery and he died subsequently.

She called an ambulance and her younger sister.

She was taken away for questioning and prosecution.

Siam Rath said in their headline that the husband thought his wife had another lover, or "gig" but provided no evidence of this in the body of their report.

Handles two knives and two phones rather well it seems.

On my dining table there are at least 4 sharp knives and in the kitchen there are probably at least 8 more not including the 2 cleavers.

24 and already a 9 year old child.

Parents, give your children a proper education;

In this case maybe her parents didn't stick around or couldn't be bothered to give her an education on lifes choices.

To the lower classes, children are just a social security policy; pension.

In other words: money.

Even those who can afford an OK education for their kids, still neglect them.

Money is number 1.
