jil Posted September 16, 2022 Posted September 16, 2022 Can I, the day after arriving in Thailand, extend my tourist visa (or visa exemption) or does this need to be done within a certain time frame?
DrJack54 Posted September 16, 2022 Posted September 16, 2022 Normally couple of weeks prior to expiry of permit. Can try earlier.. 1 1
RedArmy Posted September 16, 2022 Posted September 16, 2022 I extended my visa exempt entry 7 days after landing - This was done at the small tourist friendly immigration office in Patong, Phuket - No problems at all. 1

Generally speaking, you need to attend the immigration office where you're staying (as per your current TM30 address report).
