Binnsy,

The Tribunal will only review immigration judges' decisions where it can be shown that the original decision was somehow flawed. So, to have got this far means that you have a case worth considering. There are various options open to the Tribunal, but the most likely is that they will either decide that there's no case to answer, or they will order the appeal to be heard again.

Attended the review also there was a lady representing AIT,In came the Judge She stated how things were going to proceed.I explained that i thought it was incorrect that i had not as sponsor been given THE Bundle. As the reason stated by the appeal judge was Accomendation/Finances.I supplied all this with the original application.I stated that i still had not recieved the bundle and to my amazment the review judge stated that she also had not got a copy,She asked the AIT solicitor if she had a copy and she stated that she also never had a copy.

The judge stated that without the bundle it was hard for her to make a judgement and has ordered a new appeal which will take place at Taylor House,Islington on August 7th.She advised me to address the housing and financial situation which i have with the help of a local estate agent(un be known to them)have a nice picture with house details and valuation,P60 and wage slips bank statements etc.

So its fingers crossed but the trouble is all though my wife still wants to come here i have decided to sell up and take my pension which i can do at 50 and move to Thailand. So it will be £500 for the visa for a stay of 6 months But it will be worth it.

Fingers Crossed

Thanks for that Binnsy.

There has been another thread recently where the judge and the defence didn't have the, 'Bundle', although they won the day without further appeal, had a quick scoot, but couldn't find it.

Overall looks quite healthy for you, so good luck for the future to you and your family.
