Ukraine war: Biden says US will not be intimidated by reckless Putin

Featured Replies

Ok, but let's get down to earth; why are the Ukrainians still not flying any A10s? The Russians would run. And to fly an A10 you need a pilot, not a PHD.

Glad to see a US President who correctly identifies who America’s enemies are and does not defend them in while undermining US Intelligence Services.   Clearly Putin has ‘nothing on Biden’.

Because Ukraine does not have air superiority:

Why the US's A-10 Warthog just isn't the right jet for the war Ukraine is fighting

Ukraine doesn't need A-10 Warthogs that are 'slow' and 'vulnerable' to Russian air defenses, military adviser says

haven't the russians deployed S400 surface-to-air missile systems? Would they be effective against Warthogs?

Please just one thing.

He restored the trust between nato allied and Europe, which Trump destroyed while the above mentioned waited patiently for Trumps term to end a new one replaced him.

Sad USA have such limited options when it comes to good decent people to lead what we dream of should be the free world and the so-called leader of the free world.

However I believe Obama was a great step in the right direction who could inspire to greater things if the president truly had power to do so and not another muppet in the circus.

Yes, the war would have never taken Place!!!

Ahh no I disagree it just would have been over much quicker.unfortunately for Putin he failed to weaken nato with his useful idiot president (trump)we now have a decent team in charge under president Joe Biden who has worked within our system of government under razor thin margins to accomplish a great deal! Here let me name a few roads bridges ect ect improvements without raising taxes on 95% of Americans expanding healthcare lowering drug prices dealing a massive blow to childhood poverty restoring respect among our allies responding to and dealing with Covid in a rational manner supporting womens rights supporting civil rights and  that’s just to name a few hope that helps.Imo if Putin uses nukes his army will be run out of Ukraine in days nato will respond and just wipe them out hopefully the russan  people will deal with mr Putin before something so horrific happens

Any attack on russian territory would eventually provoke a russian nuclear strike ... they made that quite clear ...

Russia knows that if it starts a nuclear war, it will be also fully destroyed. Even the "small" nuclear powers, UK and France, are able to destroy Russia.

A post with content that was copy and pasted from some site without a supporting link has been removed, it was off topic anyway.

Clearly Putin has ‘nothing on Biden’.

Biden couldn't recognize his a$$ from a hole in the ground. Trump warned NATO and Europe about doing business with the enemy. (Russia) But did they listen?  Noooo.

Actually, Trump made his first warning in 2018. Obama and Biden told the Europeans they were making a mistake years before that.

Ukraine can annex the Russian territory first then attack Russian forces in it to defend its territory.

Isn't this what Russia is doing in Ukraine?

Biden is a legend in his own mine, funny I can't think of one good thing he has done for America can you?

I can think of a few, but let's go with the one that's on topic:  Biden's support for Ukraine.

If I gave Biden a map of the world, do you really think he could find Ukraine?

You are displaying  profound ignorance and prejudice at this point.

Look up Biden's time on the Senate Foreign Relations committee and his negotiations with Ukraine regarding aid and corruption while he was Vice President.

I am just glad that everything is all talk and saber rattling. After the 10th Nuke bomb is dropped, it will not matte what is being stated on this forum or anywhere. I am hoping that Putin loses his support within Russia soon.

Aren't you all glad that you are not some rich Russian now?  Seems like some of them must be worried of just how crazy Putin is or will become.  Just my opinion.

Russians are getting more and more angry each day. The unskilled,  unfit men with guns that may or may not work give them with little hope of ever winning this fight. I think Putin better start looking for some other place to live, somewhere far far away.

If you think there are good things in this report than you truly believe in Santa. Impeachment is coming in November and it will be good for everyone.

I'd say an increase of nearly 8 million jobs and 473,000 of them in manufacturing is a pretty good outcome, but it is impossible to please some people.

As for impeachment, dream on. Everybody except Trump fanboys is relieved there is an adult back in charge.

Impeached for what? Not abusing his power to ask foreign governments to discredit his political opponent? Not trying to overturn elections and causing an assault on the Capitol? Not asking a Secretary of State to find him 11,000 votes? Not refusing to give back presidential documents to the NARA?

I don't understand. Do you mean Biden is opposing Russia because of Hunter's dealings in Russia?

No just that it is questionable as to how neutral he can be when his son has significant dealings with Russia.

So it's hypothetic. Well, his behaviour doesn't support this hypothesis so far.

Sorry, but what's your point? It seems that you are desperate to throw mud because of your partisan beliefs. But it doesn't make sense what you are writing. Neutrality? Are you wanting the USA to be neutral in this conflict? If indeed Hunter Biden had "significant dealings with Russia"(Please provide some evidence), what effect would you expect that to bring about? Joe Biden taking it easy on Russia? Is that happening? On the other hand, if you were writing about a Mr Trump...

I think the inference was that Hunter Biden had business in Ukraine and China, but that doesn't fit with your current conspiracy theory. Give it a rest will ya? You appear to be both mudslinging and grasping at straws at the same time; a significant feat in itself. Congratulations!

Get it right, the "dealings" were a letter from an energy executive in Ukraine thanking Hunter for an introduction to his father. The only suggestion of criminal activity has come from Trump, a bit ironic given how fervently Trump has been kissing Putin's backside.

Hunter was on the Board of Directors purely because of his connection to the President.
