Cutty Shark
Hi. Could you please recommend a good delicatessan in Bangkok, mainly Sukhumvit area but any other area is okay. I'm especially looking for good pastrami and corned beef. Thanks.

richsilver
I have been searching for good corned beef and pastrami (like you get in NY or LA) in Thailand for 20 years now. Have not found any yet.

Patience is the hard part. YT is your friend.
JohnOFphon
There's a place at the bottom of the stairs coming down from Asoke BTS and before the stairs going down to the MRT. Next to the donut shop. I forgot the name, but they have a huge selection on meats. And homemade pizzas.

Tom H
Just import yourself from abroad. Many world wide deliveries for “home food” suppliers I get mine over R24 supermarket in Germany:).

Especially not hard to make corned beef if you have access to the right 'block' of beef. Great for Sandwiches.

SheungWan
Also smallish Gourmet Supermarket downstairs at Terminal 21. Recommend the Wagyu Beef sandwiches and the prepared hot soups if you are visiting.
