I didn’t label him a serial liar.

Asking whether people would believe his answer to a question , is making the suggestion that he is a serial liar and his answer cannot be trusted to be the truth .

Although you didn't make the direct accusation , that was the gist of what you meant

You are correct, I didn’t make the direct accusation, had I wanted to, I would have.

Perhaps I was observing a reality that Johnson has lost the public’s trust.

Johnson IS a serial liar. End of.

OK, so you do not think that Boris is a serial liar , fair enough, I stand corrected

I think it’s a commonly held belief.

I personally wouldn’t trust him as far as I could throw him, but not simply on the veracity or otherwise of what comes out of his mouth.

This FT video links the current crisis to Brexit

Perhaps those who still think that Brexit is beneficial, and is not a contributory factor in the current crisis, could let us have the counter argument?

Move on, go forwards, not backwards .

You said "no caps".

There will be some caps.

Thus, your point was wrong.

Quite simple really.

...and how does that effect the aguement?

Will you be there on Saturday?

yes - move on; rejoin the EU - Brexit was a massive step backwards.

If any tickets become available at face value .

We left, the relationship is over, we're divorced .

We don't want to get back together again .

Accept that we are no longer together and move on with your life

that IS the counterargument.

Brexit has put a 4 to10% load on the economy on top of the problems facing all  countries around the world.

It has brought about labour shortages,

A devalued pound

Strangled trade

Increased racism and xenophobia.

Forced up energy prices beyond world norm

Devalued Britain's debt rating

Emboldened Putin into starting a war.

Reduced Britain's international standing form comparable to USA and Germany to the status of a developing nation.

Installed a single issue government of politicians who are all below par and incapable not only of introducing Brexit but also of running the county.

made the UK an international laughing stock

Brought the NHS to it's knees

Before Brexit the UK was on course to becoming the biggest economy in the EU - above both France and Germany.

Now they are the only nation in the G7 threatened with recession apart from Russia.

Unlike the EU we have no fuel reserves for more than a month... Germany has fuel to get through the winter into next year.

Pensions in UK no longer guaranteed to stay with inflation - are already half that of France and a third that of Germany.

THe British transport industry is either going broke or moving to Europe

Deliveries to UK from around the worlds have increased in price as the UK has new import/customs barriers...

that's just off the top of my head...

It's another excellent slogan.

But perhaps you could explain in slightly more detail how Brexit will help us to do so?

That is all in the past , and we have had Covid and Ukraine since then .

With Brexit, Covid and Ukraine already happened , the U.K needs to find the best way to proceed and deal with the current issues instead of analysing the past decisions

You realise that is not an argument - we left, it was a dreadful idea now we have to fix it. That is getting on with life. It's called improvement.

However unfair it may be, her vulnerability to unflattering physical caricature is striking.

I don't accept that your inference that 'whats done is done'. Those promoting a 'Leave' vote stated that the UK would be better off outside the EU: It is their responsibility to make good on that promise and they need to be held accountable for it.

With that in mind, once again, how will the vote to leave the EU help the UK to go forward?

There us no arguement. You posted an incorrect comment. It was pointed out. You haven't denied it. Only swerved to avoid it

No argument. Simple.

As we speak , there has been a podium placed outside Downing street and Truss is expected to make a statement within the next few minutes and no one knows what its about
