Russian President Vladimir Putin has not yet confirmed to participate in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC 2022) in Bangkok, Foreign Affairs Minister Don Pramudwinai revealed on Tuesday, October 18th.

But Thailand is his best friend , you would think he would make the effort.....

    What he should confirm is his participation in taking part in a firing squad party with him the one who is blind folded with his back to the wall...

    I doubt he goes anywhere in person soon. Fear of snipers, contact poison and you name it - regardless of the country.
