I don't endure the pain of aging by keeping quiet, nor whine about it either. Instead I go for what I want and don't stop until the desired results happen. The beauty of aging is you have quite a bit more life knowledge to work with. Realizing what works and what doesn't by watching and listening to others. I try to do what works and try not to do what doesn't work. Some flexibility is required and going against the consensus opinion tends to bear fruit. The answers desired are readily available to those with an open mind, less so to those who don't. -
