Get yourself into nearest governmental hospital for the regular check up, which is from around 600b to 4k, depending how comprehensive. Each hospital has different packages. You can go later to another, larger hospital for additional tests.
i have asked for all cancer markers, some 5 of them, it was around 1k extra  Do more than one stool occult blaod test and do them yearly.

After consultation with dr about results you can ask him to do further check ups.
if over 45 do colonoscopy. Suppose to be afterwards every 10 years. I am waiting for one and i will have also gastroscopy at the same time, as i have some gastric problems. Saves time and lowers cost.

over a month ago there was a thread about blood laboratories in bangkok, look for it, even if you are not bangkok. Some of those labs have branches in provinces

Where in Thailand are you located? No point in asking about labs without first providing that information

OP is in Pattaya, the first two people answering seemed to know this.

So we all recommend the same lab in Nakleua

Accredited by who?   Do you think an accredited lab will be 18 and another lab 88.   Nah.  Maybe the numbers aren't perfect, but you will get an idea.   You don't need perfect numbers anyhow, since it's the RANGE you want to worry about.  and it's relative anyhow, go back to the same lab.  Low will be low and high will be high.

sure, pick the one that is accredited, but this doesn't sound like a deal breaker if someone really, really needs a test and can't get to an "accredited" lab.

I understand the Mr Chemistry sets from Mr DIY and good for these things, perhaps that's an option for the OP if he wants to shave a few more baht off the cost! Yes I think that accreditation and certification is a deal breaker, why wouldn't it be, this is Thailand, not the UK, US or Europe.

As far as your comments about range and the results being approximate are concerned, sorry but that's just nonsense. Two fairly insignificant errors in one panel reading can change the whole interpretation of the result because often the substances is in the relationship between readings rather than their position in a range..

Blood test labs here are accredited by ISO/IEC 15189 and ISO 15190 standards , certification is done by Council of Medical Technology.

Whichever lab you use, make sure the lab is accredited AND the operator is certified, if they aren't you may as well not bother. From what I can see the labs that have been posted don't appear to be accredited.

OK, post the names and locations in Pattaya you know are accredited. Also, prices for a battery of standard tests. BTW, accreditation and certifications may be overrated in Thailand.????

Lifecare's run by a certified med tech and the equipment looks clean and modern. Some tests are sent out to larger labs, probably the same ones used by hospitals. Been using them for years.

The idea is to a first pass at a good private lab (much cheaper), and if something looks outside norms, potentially a problem, follow up at a hospital and a specialist.

Bumrungrad repeated one of my Lifecare tests--being Burmrungrad--and got the same results. Moreover, a recent routine checkup at Sirikit came back with results, a year after a Lifecare package, with results almost exactly the same. As it should have, nothing's changed in my lifestyle.

And I've occasionally gone for the yearly package deals at Phyathai and Bangkok-Pattaya and the test results were about the same as Lifecare's a year previous.

So I got no problem recommending Lifecare. Up 2 U.

Good, though should have been in your initial post to make it useful.

As I said, my Bangkok Hsp results have correlated very closely with Lifecare's. My numbers vary little year to year.

So, members. You pays your money and you takes your choice.

I just provided guidance on the issue, I expect others to do their own searches! I personally use a University lab in Northern Thailand for all my blood tests and it's very very cost effective, but the lab is accredited and the technicians are certified. I have however consulted with doctors at their own clinics here who have insisted on doing blood tests via their contracted private laboratories and the results have  often varied hugely.

Tests can vary even at the best labs, true. Always best to repeat any test w/ significantly outlying results, as I've occasionally advised in the health forum. Avoid unnecessary panic.

I think most people fall into one of the following camps when it comes to blood tests:

1) Vast Majority - want piece of mind that they've checked some things periodically and the reassurance that they're not overdoing things. (liver panel, kidney function, stool test, urine etc)

2)  Have some vague symptoms and want to rule out some of the obvious big ticket items in the hope it may point somewhere.

3) Specific health issues or a history of them and want to ensure they're under control. (diabetes, cholesterol etc)

I'm guessing the OP is in group 2 and really should go see a doctor instead of playing at being one.

I had a cpap device when living at 2000 meters. Don't need it here near sea level and use my asthma prevention inhaler as directed. Also my wife will "thump" me if snoring too much.????

I get a blood panel every time I go to the government hospital, I think usually about 900 baht, but don't quote me as my wife handles most of that. If she is in charge I wind up going every couple months indtead of every couple years, if left to my own geriatric, diabetic devices.

I wanted to go full Darth Vader so I went and did an overnight sleep study at my local clinic in South-West Sydney a few years ago. the rather unprofessional doctor looked briefly at my results, told me that I had sleep apnoea but it was "only xx times per hour, nothing to worry about" and shooed me out of his office.

on the way out I visited the attached shop that sells you all the gear. the very helpful sales assistant described all the various masks and told me how important is was that I got the correct mask because eg. if I slept with my mouth open I'd need one that clamped my jaw shut.

when I got home I googled 'how to keep jaw shut what sleeping' and came across something called the Buyteko method that involves sealing the lips shut whilst sleeping.

I went to the local pharmacy and described what I needed. the girl suggested the kinetic tape that athletes use. I bought a very expensive brand called Rock Tape that's made in Cali. I used a small strip across my lips and after a few days I noticed a massive improvement in my post-waking state of tiredness.

previously I was falling asleep at my desk, afterwards I had just enough energy to make it through the day.

I used that for a couple of months and then stopped using it but the positive effects persisted.

ps. I'm slightly overweight and unfit and apparently that has a big influence on your sleeping patterns. supposedly it's much easier for the soft palate to collapse if you're a fat c**t ????.

Are you saying that you treated your sleep apnea by sealing your mouth with kinetic tape?

yes, because the useless physician spent zero time discussing the results of my sleep study and I didn't quite feel like paying loadsamoney for another somewhere else.
