"Beware Elephants Crossing" - locals get used to pachyderms' nocturnal feeding

77khaoded reported that the authorities in the Ang Rue Nai nature reserve have got used to animals leaving the park in the direction of Prachinburi to feed.

 

There's no need to push them back into the park - they go back of their own accord.

Signage has now gone up in the area that warns of Elephants Crossing.

 

Another sign suggests that the animals are in that area to feed frequently through the night and motorists should beware.
