Documents needed for US citizen to marry Thai citizen

Does anyone on the forum know what is needed to marry a Thai citizen in Thailand. I am a US citizen.


I want to know:

--- What documents are needed

--- Does the US consulate charge a fee? I know they charge for notarizations.

--- Do I need to make an appointment? I assume so because it is a citizen service.
