Popular Post webfact
Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha and Deputy Prime Minister Prawit Wongsuwan. Photo: Matichon By Thai Newsroom Reporters BOTH PRIME MINISTER Prayut Chan-o-cha and Deputy Prime Minister Prawit Wongsuwan have been advised to talk it over between themselves as to which one of them will be named a Palang Pracharath partisan candidate for prime minister in the next general election. Palang Pracharath MP Veerakorn Khamprakop suggested Saturday (Nov.5) that Prayut and Prawit, who concurrently performs as top leader of the largest coalition party, come to terms with each other over which one of them will certainly be named partisan contender for head of a post-election government. Veerakorn made his comments amidst uncertainties apparently surrounding future contests for prime minister and sustained speculation that there might probably be a trio of partisan contestants for head of a post-election government instead of a single one as had been the case in the 2019 general election which landed Prayut the unelected premiership. The rats, sorry, party hoppers, are already leaving for other parties. IMHO anybody who jumps once won't hesitate to jump again. There used to be a UK TV show, called the Price is Right, and their saying was "Come on down, the price is right". Aptly named for Thai politicians.

Partenavia
It's a sad state of affairs that Thailand is run in this fashion, it's not democracy. Unless the people of Thailand are prepared to put their heads above the parapet nothings going to change. 1
