Former cop Santhana files defamation charges against Chuwit

Thai Rath reported that former cop Santhana Prayoonrat had "blown a fuse".

 

Santhana was at Thong Lo police station yesterday evening with his lawyer filing defamation charges against firebrand former MP and soapy massage boss Chuwit Kamolwisit. 

 

It concerns a pub in the Thong Lo area where it has been alleged there were drugs taken and it was opening after hours.

 

Santhana was complaining about a live show and comments made by Chuwit.

 

He claimed that Chuwit made comments about a "four legged creature". 

 

He hit back saying that Chuwit had not been taking his meds. 

 

He said their relationship had soured from one that had always been amicable in the past. 

 

Thong Lo police received the complaint and will consider whether further action should be taken.
