Citi Bank freezes for a few mintutes on login page

On the Citibank website when clicking the link to login, the page will freeze for a few minutes before I can type in the field. Been like this for a good few months.

 

Tried in 3 different browsers and it the same.

 

Does any one else get this?

I have no problem logging in with either Opera or Safari.

On a PC, Mac or mobile device?

 

On my PC the website goes straight in, no waiting.

 

The App on my phone had a massive log-in delay (it sometimes never managed) which I eventually fixed by uninstalling/re-installing.

 

EDIT I assume you are talking about Citi Thailand (now UOB).

No issues with Safari logging into Citi/UOB........
