Daily News Thai Caption: Hidden in picture frames

 

Thai customs at the Nong Khai border crossing in NE Thailand yesterday announced that they had found 21.1 kilos of crystal meth hidden in picture frames.

 

The drugs were discovered during a raid by customs, police and the military at a warehouse in the province.

Sniffer dogs belonging to the military alerted the authorities to eleven frames of scenic pictures that were bound for Japan and Australia.

The drugs were inside silicone packages within the frames, reported Daily News

 

Staff at the warehouse had called in the authorities after their suspicions were aroused.
