45 days Visa Exemption

Featured Replies

My understanding is that as I am from the UK I can now stay for 45 days without a visa up until 31 March 2023.

So, if I was to get there on 17th March, I would get 45 days, so I could stay until 30th April 2023?

Is this correct?

What do you think the chances of this new agreement being removed?

After that, you can get a 30 day extension from local immigration then after that, you can fly out and come back the same day and get another 45 days and then go to local immigration Get 30 days more

not really the 45 VE entry is due to finish on the 31st march, so any VE entries after that will be 30 days, (unless extended)

I wouldn't fly out and return the same day visa exempt entry.

ANA check in wanted to see a flight out of Thailand since our Return was past 45 days.  Printed copy was ok.
