  • excellent pro rape response. She was probably dressed a bit sexy and was asking for it too, right?

  • indeed they do.   So explain to me again how the fact she willingly took a pill justifies rape?  Are you in the habit of banging unconscious women too?

  • She deliberately put herself in a dangerous situation, surely you can grasp that. I also never said the rape was justified.

She needs to choose her "friends" more carefully. I wonder if they knew each other long or just met. Swallowing 1 pill, let alone two, when you don't know what they are or what the reaction will be is simply stupid. As is attending a party where you know there will be drugs, fully knowing the repercussions if the cops show up.

This poor girl doesn't think rationally.

Actually, even tho she was drugged up she could have given her consent but just doesn't remember doing so. If she made it to a hotel room, she didn't lose her ability to walk.

Just now, it is what it is said:

she didn't lose her ability to walk.

unless she was carried.

Of course. The staff in the lobby just let someone waltz in with a lady slung over his shoulder and didn't say a word. Besides, the story said he was rich. Rich guys don't carry their own luggage.

People have to bear some responsibility for their actions.

What actions allow rape ? I would think that a passed out person who cannot give consent to sex would be a clear no go

If I leave a laptop on the back seat of my car, in plain sight, with the doors unlocked, did I contribute to it being stolen?

Everyone in jail is innocent, everyone knows that!

Have a good evening sir!

Some of them are. That's a fact.

And more criminals is free than innocent in jail, and never had to pay for their crimes. Thats another fact!

Is there a single mention of the police in this story? Most western countries the police would already have arrested any and all in the alleged rape. Did she even report it? No excuse for sex without consent, even if high on drugs or alcohol.

The police have better things to do that investigate whether a drunk, drugged woman said yes or no. It's hardly the man's fault is if she was not sober and how is he supposed to know if she wanted it or just said she wanted it and changed her mind the next day when sobering up?
